Returns Policy

1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. This includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including intimate apparel, swimwear, earrings, and personalized products. These are clearly marked before purchase.

4. Return Process
Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return and obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returns without this authorization cannot be processed.

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using trackable shipping for returns.

6. Inspection & Processing
Returned items undergo quality inspection upon receipt. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

7. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

8. Exchanges
We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.
